Yesterday was my (my blog's) birthday (as you might have noticed)...For the occasion I decided to take advantage of the BIRTHDAY discount code Illamaqua sent me and I've placed an order.
Today my goodies have arrived! So I wanted to show you what I've bought...
Rich Liquid Foundation (RF120)
After reading so many positive reviews about this foundation I finally decided to give it a try! I chose shade number RF120 which is said to be "for light skin with pink undertones, full coverage". I totally agree regarding coverage, as I squeezed a little bit on the hand and it's completely covered my veins! Stunning! When I first opened the package I thought I had gone wrong with the shade because in the bottle it seems very very pink, but once applied on the skin it's lighter...I can't wait to try this foundation!
Cream Blusher in Dixie
First cream blush ever! This is a "warm coral pink" with tiny micro shimmers, invisible once applied on the skin...It looks lovely!! Moreover I like the dewy finish a lot!!
Medium Pencil in Hex
This is a lip/eye pencil in a nude skin color...I want to test it in the waterline to see if it does it's job. Swatching it I've noticed (as you can see from the picture) that it's the exact same color of my skin!!
Nail Varnish in "Scorn"
I love Illamasqua nail polishes! They are covering, long lasting and have great shades!! This one caught my attention because of it's finish, a semi-matte latex finish...Gorgeous! The only thing I've noticed is that I needed three coats for full coverage, otherwise it would be perfect!
Overall I'm really satisfied with my purchases! I'm very curious to test the foundation and the cream blusher, I'll let you know if it's worth trying ;)
